Bloody ties is few arenas with a story written by a 5 year old and totally doesn't fit the atmosphere of Dying Light. Maybe they will suprise me this year but i don't think so with the shitty direction this game is going to with these dlc's. And they won't do anything about it becouse they have shown that this new engine can't support physics system like DL1. I won't say anything about it here becouse i already did a lot of times and i'm just exhausted of explaining how much physics, ragdolls and gore in this game is just fucking trash. The thing i hate the most is the physics and combat. I hate how downgraded this game is from the first one overall and how the story, choices and consequences stuff and atmosphere is downgraded from the e3 2018/19 demo. Half of that time was spent modding the game to look like the e3 version and making my own map with devtools. I liked the game and have 330 hours in it. Don't think I need to elaborate on this part. (Especially trying to gold those like fuck that) The parkour challenges feel like they have no effort put into them and the combat challenges have too much. There is kinda nothing to do after you finish the story and the game not selling you artifact gear via vendors after you hit rank 8 or 9 is BS so I've been having to grind legendary renegade encounters just to get a cool outfit (in my case the ranger, as the others look nothing like end of world outfits)Īlso wtf even is the purpose of the chapters, why are they even called chapters, even then the chapters are waaaaay too grindy unless of course you use exploits which just turns it into a chore more than anything The story was okay I guess, the "choose your own story" with different options gimmick was a good idea but implemented poorly. We do encourage original content, however.įun gameplay but wish they did more with the parrying and vaulting over enemies other than different kinds of kicks.
